Patricia Hill Collins is a Distinguished Professor of Sociology at the University of Maryland and the Charles Phelps Taft Emeritus Professor of Sociology in the Department of African American Studies at the University of Cincinnati. Her works spans issues of race, gender, class, and sexuality.
